Questions

Before you sign up

Will my customers know it's automated?

The email comes from your company name, is written for their specific request and is signed by you. Replies go to your own inbox, so the conversation continues with you.

Can I keep the contact form I already have?

Yes. Add the script in "connect existing form" mode and it reads your current form when it's submitted. You can also send leads from Zapier, Make or your own code to the intake address.

What languages does it reply in?

The reply is written in the language the customer used, so an Estonian enquiry gets an Estonian answer and an English one gets English.

Can I only use the scoring and alerts?

Yes. Switch off auto-replies in Settings. Leads are still scored, saved and sent to you as alerts.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

New leads are saved to your dashboard and you get an email. Instant replies and follow-ups resume when you upgrade or when the next month starts.

How do I cancel?

From the Billing page in your dashboard, any time. Your leads stay in the dashboard until the end of the paid period.
